Monthly Gathering
Thursday, June 11th, Noon in the Community Rooms We invite all women of the church to join us for our June meeting . This will be our annual covered dish luncheon, and we invite everyone to bring a casserole, salad, or a favorite dish for all to share. Dessert and beverage will be provided. We invited the PW women who are a part of the Lydia Cluster of Presbyterian Women in Newton Presbytery to join us. The churches included are Sussex, Beemerville, Franklin, Hamburg, and Ogdensburg. Be with us for this time of Christian fellowship and sharing.

2009 CHURCHWIDE GATHERING LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY – JULY 11-15th, 2009 “GOD WILL DO WONDERS AMONG US” Meet women from all over the world to explore how God is doing wonders among us. This inspirational gathering will provide a variety of opportunities to meet, learn from and share Christ’s love with our global partners, as well as our neighbors. Be a part of it!

Thursday, June 11th, 7:30 p.m. at the home of Laurie O’Rourke. If you enjoy reading, please join us for this monthly time of discussion and fellowship. The book for our June discussion is Stones from the River by Ursula Hegi. Call Mary Krejci (729-6876) for further information.
“BAD GIRLS of the BIBLE”:
Tuesday, June 16th, 6:30 p.m. in the Community Rooms. Join the fun with the Study Circle for dinner and fellowship. Discussion of The Shack by Wm. Paul Young will continue. Bring a friend! Please call Gail Shawger by June 14th to make your reservation for dinner (729-5901).
“WRAPPED IN LOVE”:
Wednesday, June 17th, 10 a.m. at the home of Helen Reigstad. Join us as we work on prayer shawls for adults and quilts for seriously ill children. If you would like to work on one at home, let us know. PW will provide yarn and materials for shawls and quilts. We invite anyone who would like to learn to quilt or knit to join us. Please call Helen Reigstad (729-5766) for information.
DEBORAH:
Thursday, June 18th, 10 a.m. in the Library. Be with us as we conclude our Bible study from PW Horizons, “Jubilee! Luke’s Gospel to the Poor”. Chapter 9 will be discussed as we study Luke18 & 19. We will explore the ways that Jesus came to seek and to save the lost and how the Holy Spirit empowers His followers to carry the message of jubilee to the world. ELIZABETH:
Thursday, June 25th, noon in the Community Rooms. Be with us as we join together in Christian fellowship for lunch, devotions, and program.
